If there is an issue with your order we are more than happy help to resolve the issue. Please email info@ceoforwomen.com so that we can get things resolved.
After Placing Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please be sure to enter in the correct email address. Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive another email with the tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You may not see any additional movement on the package besides "label created" for an additional 24 hours. Once your item has been shipped we will not be able to update the shipping address. If we need to reroute the shipment and resend, customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
